Which manufacturers and instruments do you service?
Sciex, Agilent, Waters, Shimadzu, Thermo, Bruker, PerkinElmer. Triple quads, Q-TOF, ion traps, Orbitraps, GC-MS, ICP-MS, single quads, plus HPLC and UHPLC. If yours isn't on the list, ask anyway.
How quickly can you respond when an instrument goes down?
In Northern California, same-day or next-day depending on parts. Further out it depends on flights, and we'll tell you straight. Contract clients get weekend coverage. If it's down right now, call (833) 574-3772 instead of using the form.
Do you offer service contracts, or is it all per-visit?
Both. Call us once, or put us on contract. Coverage runs from PM-only to full parts and labor, priced on what you run rather than a fixed tier sheet.
What does a preventative maintenance visit include?
Depends on the platform, but generally: wear parts replaced, source and flow path cleaned, calibration and performance checks, and a written report for your files. We set the interval on your run hours, not the calendar.
